[MACON] Can I post a flyer for my organization or event in the library?
Mercer organization and/or campus event flyers must be approved by the Public Services Department before being posted in the Jack Tarver Library. Once an event flyer has been approved, we will post the flyer on our bulletin board. Patrons are not allowed to post flyers anywhere inside or outside of the library.
If you would like to post a flyer for an event, please submit one (1) copy of the flyer to a staff person or student assistant at the Public Services (Circulation) Desk.
In case we have any questions and need to contact the event host, please include the following information on the back of the flyer:
- Event host's name (this is whoever is in charge of the event and must be a Mercer faculty, staff or student),
- Event host's email address (must be a Mercer email address).
