Does the library loan out laptops?
Yes! Laptops are available for current Mercer University students, faculty, and staff.
- If you are interested in checking out a laptop, visit the Circulation Desk and ask the library staff for further assistance.
- Laptops can be checked out for (3) days only.
- You are allowed (1) renewal during this period.
- Renewals can be done at the Circulation Desk, via phone or email, or by logging into your library account and renewing online.
- Once the maximum checkout period is reached, laptops must be returned, and patrons must wait (4) days before checking out another laptop.
Remember:
- Laptop lending is meant to be short term. Patrons may not take advantage of the circulation policy by continually checking in and out with another student.
- A laptop policy and agreement form must be filled out and signed every semester.
