I am a preceptor and I am getting an error when trying to login. How do I get assistance?
There are several reasons why you might be seeing an error message when attempting to access resources:
- Please ensure you are following the proper steps to login as a preceptor. This video might be helpful. - How to Login for Preceptors
- Preceptor accounts are valid for three years. If your account has expired, you will need to complete a new Preceptor Access Form and submit it to the Director of Experiential Education for your program. The form can be found on the Accessing E-Resources for Preceptors guide.
- Your credentials may need to be checked in the system. You can email e-resources@mercer.edu for assistance.
