Can I pay my fines online?

How do I pay my library fines online? How do I get to the library's eStore?

Yes! You can pay your library fines online at the Mercer University Accounting eStore.

Check out our step-by-step directions:

First, you'll need to create an eStore account, if you do not already have one. You can do this by clicking the link highlighted in orange.

Click the Register Link

It will ask you for your first and last name, your email, your company (optional), and a password. Don't forget to check the 'I'm not a robot box'!

Input Your Registration Information

Now that you're logged in ('Register' and 'Sign In' have changed to 'My Account' and 'Log Out'), you can select University Libraries from the menu.

Click University Libraries in the Menu

You will then add Library Fines and Fees to your cart.

This will take you to a page where you can input your information:

*Your student ID number is also known as your MUID.

**If you are uncertain about how much your library fine is, please contact library_circulation@mercer.edu, or call your library location.

Input your information and fine amount

You can then click the link for 'Shopping Cart' (in the very upper right-hand corner of the page) to begin the process of checking out.

After you've verified your information is correct, you can check the box that ask 'I agree to the terms and conditions...'. Then, click 'Check Out.'

Confirm your information, accept the terms of service, and then click check out.

On the next page, you'll be able to complete the process by putting in your payment information.

Input your payment information

When you finished the process, you will receive an email receipt. Accounting will also notify the Library's circulation department, who will then update you in our system and remove any holds.
