I am a preceptor. How do I request access to library e-resources?
First you will need to fill out the Preceptor Access Agreement Form:
- Download the form below, read it carefully, and fill it out
- Get it signed and approved by your program's Director of Experiential Education
- Submit the completed form to e-resources@mercer.edu
