It is difficult to estimate times of arrival for ILL as this largely depends on how quickly requests are processed by lending libraries.
Individual articles are typically sent digitally and the average delivery time is two business days, although article delivery can take as long as a week. Requests for books require items to be shipped through the postal service and patrons should expect a wait of 1-3 weeks for most items.
